Conditions of Service

In Ontario, each electricity distributor must have its own “Conditions of Service”. This documents purpose is to communicate the distributor operating practices, the connections policies; the types and the level of services offered to their customers. The “Conditions of Service” documents is subject to changes and amendments. The amendments to our “Conditions of Service” are to reflect the ever-evolving industry practices; recent rules and regulation issued by the Ontario Energy Board (OEB).
