Electricity Prices
If you are a residential or small business customer you can now select the Price Plan Time-of-Use (TOU), Tiered prices or Ultra-Low Overnight (ULO) beginning November 1, 2023
With Time-of-Use (TOU), the price you pay depends on when you use electricity. With Tiered prices, you can use a certain amount of electricity each month at a lower price. Once that limit is exceeded, a higher price applies. With Ultra-Low Overnight (ULO), the price you pay depends on when you use electricity with an ultra low rate overnight.

If you want to continue paying TOU prices, no action is required.
If you want to switch from a Price Plan to another, please visit our customer portal
To switch from a Price Plan to another, you can notify us by completing an election form or by contacting us at 613-679-4093, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Friday 8:00 am to 2:30 pm.
