Did you know you can now choose the Price Plan that's right for you?

If you’re a residential or small business customer you can now select the Price Plan Time-of-Use (TOU), Tiered prices or Ultra-Low Overnight (ULO) beginning November 1, 2023.

To switch from a Price Plan to another, you must notify us by submitting your request via our portal https://oebcustomerchoice.nscloud.io/app/smartMeterToolkit/smartMeterToolkit.jsp?ID=ORG67542

If you want to continue paying TOU prices, no action is required.
